OVERTHINKINK DEPARTMENT
ENGLISH TEXT BELOW

ENGLISH TEXT :

YES, OVERTHINKING feels like: “My head currently has 37 tabs open; three of them are playing music, one is on fire, and nobody knows where the sound is coming from.”

Overthinking Department

Inside my head, it feels like the shift just changed at the Office of Chaos.

There sits this little brain, completely overwhelmed, eyes wide, while, hovering right above it, a storm cloud is strictly going through the motions. Lightning, sweat, panic the whole Full Premium Abo Program. As if someone inside had hit the “What if…?” button and then forgot to let go.

The image seems funny, but beneath it lies something quite real: that moment when thoughts stop *thinking* and start *racing*. When a small idea suddenly turns into a full-blown crisis meeting. When all you wanted to do was make a quick decision, and your brain turns it into a multi-part Netflix series with a terrible ending.

But it’s not hopeless. Because precisely by depicting this chaos in such an exaggerated, almost cartoonish, way, it loses a little of its power. You look at it and think: “Yep. That is exactly what this crap looks like.” And perhaps that is already the first step out of the storm: watching your own mind go haywire, and still being able to grin about it.
