Twisted Minds

In meinem Kopf war vermutlich gerade dieser Moment, in dem die Gedanken nicht mehr in eine Richtung laufen, sondern anfangen, sich ineinander zu verdrehen.

Da ist kein ruhiges Nachdenken mehr. Das ist kein „Ich sortiere mal kurz meine Gefühle“. Das ist eher: Jemand hat im Oberstübchen einen Mixer angemacht und vergessen, den Deckel draufzusetzen. Alles dreht sich. Alles zieht nach innen. Und irgendwo aus diesem Strudel schreit noch ein Teil von mir: „Ganz kurz bitte, ich war mental eigentlich nur Brötchen holen.“

Das Gesicht wirkt wie ein innerer Ausnahmezustand. Ein Auge starrt nach außen, als würde es noch versuchen, Kontakt zur Realität zu halten. Der Rest wird von dieser Spirale verschluckt. Gedanken, Zweifel, alte Geschichten, Zukunftsangst, Selbstkritik , alles einmal durch den mentalen Fleischwolf und dann bitte schön als Tagesform serviert.

Und trotzdem ist da wieder dieser schwarze Humor. Dieses Bild sagt nicht einfach: „Ich bin verrückt.“ Es sagt eher: „Mein Kopf ist manchmal ein verdammt kreativer Ort , leider ohne Brandschutzkonzept.“ Da ist Wahnsinn drin, ja. Aber auch Energie. Ausdruck. Übertreibung. Leben. Vielleicht sogar Kunst.

Denn eine verdrehte Gedankenwelt ist nicht automatisch eine verlorene. Manchmal ist sie nur ein Zeichen dafür, dass zu lange zu viel ungeordnet herumlag. Zu viele offene Fragen. Zu viele innere Stimmen. Zu viele Baustellen mit blinkenden Warnlampen.

Vielleicht geht es also nicht darum, sofort wieder gerade zu werden.
Vielleicht reicht es erstmal, den Strudel zu erkennen, ohne sich komplett von ihm fressen zu lassen.

Aber aus Chaos entsteht die Ordnung

My head didn't just think too much it actually twisted itself completely around its own axis.

Inside my head, I was likely experiencing that very moment when thoughts stop flowing in a single direction and instead begin to tangle up with one another.

There is no quiet contemplation left here. This isn't a case of, "Let me just briefly sort through my feelings." It’s more like this: Someone turned on a blender in the attic and forgot to put the lid on. Everything is spinning. Everything is being sucked inward. And somewhere from within this vortex, a part of me is still screaming: "Hold on a second, please! Mentally speaking, I only stepped out for a moment to grab some rolls."

My face looks like a state of internal emergency. One eye stares outward, as if still trying to maintain contact with reality. The rest is being swallowed by this spiral. Thoughts, doubts, old memories, fears of the future, self criticism everything run through a mental meat grinder and then, *voilà*, served up as my mood of the day.

And yet, there is that dark humor again. This image doesn't simply say, "I am crazy." It says, rather: "My head is sometimes a damn creative place unfortunately, one without a fire safety plan." There is madness in it, yes. But also energy. Expression. Exaggeration. Life. Perhaps even art.

For a twisted world of thoughts is not automatically a lost one. Sometimes, it is merely a sign that too much has been lying around in disarray for too long. Too many unanswered questions. Too many inner voices. Too many unfinished projects with flashing warning lights.

So perhaps the goal isn't to straighten oneself out immediately.
Perhaps, for now, it is enough simply to recognize the vortex, without letting it devour you completely.
