Shipping Policy: Payment and Shipping
Conditions
Delivery is available only to the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
We calculate shipping costs based on the total order value (gross product value):
Germany:
- €0.00 - €80.00 = €4.95 shipping
- Orders above €80.00 = Free shipping
Austria:
- €0.00 - €100.00 = €6.95 shipping
- Orders above €100.00 = Free shipping
Switzerland:
- €0.00 - €100.00 = €9.95 shipping
- Orders above €100.00 = Free shipping
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, delivery occurs as follows:
- Germany: Within 5 - 7 business days after contract confirmation (or payment receipt for pre-payment).
- Switzerland: Within 5 - 9 business days.
Note: Delivery does not occur on Sundays or public holidays.
For orders with items that have different delivery times, all items are shipped together, and the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery estimate.
If an item is "out of stock" after you place your order, shipping may be delayed until restocked. You will be informed via email in such cases.
