Right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping costs . We ask that you package the products securely to prevent damage during shipping. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions / Disposable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received, and if the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect the return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
